Hi, I’m Rebecca, a Registered Dietitian & Wellbeing Coach with over 20 years of experience helping women transform their health and feel their best. As a mum of two, recipe creator, and beach lover who enjoys keeping active, I understand the juggling act of family life, work, and keeping healthy. That’s why I’ve designed my approach—and the Women’s Wellbeing Program—to be realistic, flexible, and achievable, no matter how busy life gets.

In 2024, I combined my two decades of expertise, passion for delicious, nutritious food, and dedication to women’s wellbeing—and created the Women’s Wellbeing Program to make healthy eating simple, enjoyable, and effective.
