Rebecca has a wonderful way of making nutrition approachable, practical, and enjoyable. She genuinely cares about women's health. Her Women's Wellbeing Appt is such a fantastic tool, it is easy to use, thoughtfully designed, and full of great ideas which makes looking after yourself so much easier. The recipes included are absolutely amazing, nutritious, creative, and most importantly delicious for the whole family. The tool on the apt that helps you make a shopping list from Rebeccas recipes is a fantastic idea and again easy to use. Rebecca's expertise combined with her warm approachable personality, make it so easy to talk to her. I can't recommend Rebbecca Bruce and her Women's Wellbeing programme enough.Posted on Lyn LaveryTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Joining Rebecca’s Women’s Wellbeing program has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. I’ve been tracking my blood sugar with a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) and noticed a real difference since starting the program. The balance of protein and fibre in the meals has helped me avoid spikes and dips, and I feel so much more stable and energised throughout the day. The app makes everything simple, with easy, delicious recipes and meal plans, plus Rebecca’s regular check-ins and guidance mean I never feel like I’m doing this alone. It’s not just about food – it’s a holistic approach that’s genuinely sustainable and supportive. I’m so grateful for the improvements I’ve seen in both my health and wellbeing. Thoroughly recommend.Posted on Alexia Skipper-JonesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had been feeling sluggish, uncomfortable and overweight for sometime, I signed up to the Women’s wellbeing reset and lost 4 kg, hubby joined me and lost 5kg. Motivated by my 50th a few months later I signed up to the women’s wellbeing circle and we both lost 10kg. We feel great and 5 months later we have maintained the weight loss and no longer suffer from bloat. Our 2 teenage kids love the meals as well. Becs has done all the hard work to provide delicious, nutritious recipes to benefit our gut, I highly recommend the Women’s Wellbeing program if you need a positive change in your gut health.Posted on Fran DarlowTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have recently completed the 3 Week Reset with Smart Nutrition and have been really pleased with the results. The recipes have been very tasty, and it has really helped with energy crashes in the afternoon and removing sugar cravings. After struggling with other programmes which require constant food tracking, I have found that having a set meal plan which uses a wide variety of foods has been very easy to follow and much easier to stick to. I've now moved on to the Women's Wellbeing Circle and am really enjoying the range of recipes and resources available.
This isn’t about perfection — it’s about consistency, structure, and finding what works for you.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, improve your energy, reduce bloating, or simply feel more like yourself again…you’ll be supported every step of the way.
As a Dietitian with over 20 years’ experience, I’ve worked with hundreds of women who feel like their body has changed — and what used to work no longer does.
They’re eating well, trying hard… but feeling tired, bloated, and frustrated with their results.
Here’s what I’ve found actually works:
✔ Having a clear, structured plan
✔ Making it flexible and adaptable to real life
✔ Eating in a way that keeps you satisfied (not restricted)
✔ Creating a supportive environment around you
✔ Focusing on consistency — not perfection
As a busy mum and business owner, I understand how easy it is for your own health to fall down the priority list — especially when you’re juggling work, family, and everything else.
That’s why I created the Women’s Wellbeing Reset.
To take the guesswork out of what to eat, simplify your approach, and give you a clear, structured way to feel your best — with support along the way.
Because feeling your best changes how you show up in every part of your life.
After 6 months…it feels like a way of life now
… I am delighted!
Fran
This isn’t about another strict plan or cutting out foods you enjoy.
It’s about giving your body what it actually needs at this stage of life — in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.
Protein and fibre at every meal
To support energy, reduce cravings, and keep you feeling satisfied
A whole food, balanced approach
Nourishing your body with meals that are enjoyable and easy to stick to
Blood sugar balance
To help stabilise energy, reduce afternoon crashes, and support weight loss
Gut health support
Increasing plant variety and fibre to reduce bloating and support digestion
Cook once, eat twice simplicity
Saving time while making consistency easier during busy weeks
Flexibility for real life
Meals that can be adapted for family, preferences, and different goals
Consistency over perfection
Because it’s what you do most of the time that creates results
This is why women feel better quickly — and achieve sustainable results
As you move through your late 30s, 40s, through perimenopause and beyond, your body starts to respond differently to food, stress, and lifestyle habits.
You might notice:
This isn’t about willpower — it’s about your physiology changing.
Instead of extreme diets or cutting out foods, the focus needs to shift to:
Energy improves
Cravings settle
Digestion feels better
And weight loss becomes more achievable
Everything starts to move in the right direction — without needing to do anything extreme.
This is the difference between short-term fixes and sustainable results.
I was able to lose a couple of stubborn kilos and feel energised…I have tried so many diets…I can’t believe the difference!

The Women’s Wellbeing Reset is a structured 6-week program designed to help you feel better quickly, then build a way of eating that works for your life.
You’ll start with a 3-week Reset to kickstart results, followed by a 3-week Personalisation phase where you build confidence and flexibility — with ongoing support available after that to help you stay consistent and maintain your results.
Yes — the program is designed to support sustainable weight loss.
By focusing on protein, fibre, balanced meals, and blood sugar stability, many women experience weight loss alongside improved energy, reduced cravings, and better digestion.
The focus isn’t on restriction — it’s on giving your body what it needs so results feel more natural and sustainable.
The program is designed to be flexible.
Meals can be adapted to suit gluten-free, dairy-free, and other dietary needs, with guidance provided to help you make adjustments that still support your results.
Yes — the program is designed for real life.
With a “cook once, eat twice” approach, simple recipes, and meal planning tools, you’ll spend less time thinking about food and more time feeling organised and in control.
The menus are designed to provide at least 25 grams of fibre per day (the recommended intake which most women are not achieving), over 30 different plants a week for a healthy, happy gut and 100 – 120 g protein per day to keep you fueled, satisfied and maintain (or build) your muscle mass.
Don’t stress about carbs and sugar; we keep them on the lower side (50 – 90 g carbohydrate per day) to avoid glucose spikes and cravings. There’s still room for some of your favourite foods and adding extra carbs for active women/partners and growing children.
With regards to calories we don’t want you counting calories instead we want you to learn what your body needs for a nutritionally balanced meal to support your metabolic health, gut heath, satisfy you and to be enjoyed. HOWEVER, we know that some women find it hard to move away from thinking about calories so FYI the menus provide 1400-1500 kcal per day including 3 meals and 1 snack. See how this feels for you. If you are very active or not wanting to lose weight you may need to add an extra snack or adjust your meals slightly (this will be explained in the app in the ‘Getting Started’ section for the 3 week reset & the ‘Adapting the meal plan & recipes’ resource.
