What women are experiencing inside the Reset

These are real experiences from women who felt stuck, tired & frustrated — and are now feeling more energised, in control &confident in their bodies again

This is what happens when you have the right structure and support

Hi, I’m Rebecca

As a Dietitian with over 20 years’ experience, I’ve worked with hundreds of women who feel like their body has changed — and what used to work no longer does.

They’re eating well, trying hard… but feeling tired, bloated, and frustrated with their results.

Here’s what I’ve found actually works:

✔ Having a clear, structured plan
✔ Making it flexible and adaptable to real life
✔ Eating in a way that keeps you satisfied (not restricted)
✔ Creating a supportive environment around you
✔ Focusing on consistency — not perfection

As a busy mum and business owner, I understand how easy it is for your own health to fall down the priority list — especially when you’re juggling work, family, and everything else.

That’s why I created the Women’s Wellbeing Reset.

To take the guesswork out of what to eat, simplify your approach, and give you a clear, structured way to feel your best — with all the support you need along the way.

Because feeling your best changes how you show up in every part of your life.

After 6 months…it feels like a way of life now

  • 8 kg weight loss
  • Reversed pre-diabetes

                                                     …  I am delighted!

Fran

Why this approach works

This isn’t about another strict plan or cutting out foods you enjoy.

It’s about giving your body what it actually needs at this stage of life — in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.

What we focus on:

Protein and fibre at every meal
To support energy, reduce cravings, and keep you feeling satisfied

A whole food, balanced approach
Nourishing your body with meals that are enjoyable and easy to stick to

Blood sugar balance
To help stabilise energy, reduce afternoon crashes, and support weight loss

Gut health support
Increasing plant variety and fibre to reduce bloating and support digestion

Cook once, eat twice simplicity
Saving time while making consistency easier during busy weeks

Flexibility for real life
Meals that can be adapted for family, preferences, and different goals

Consistency over perfection
Because it’s what you do most of the time that creates results

This is why women feel better quickly — and achieve sustainable results

Why this works for your body at this stage of life

As you move through your late 30s, 40s, through perimenopause and beyond, your body starts to respond differently to food, stress, and lifestyle habits.

You might notice:

  • Lower energy
  • More bloating
  • Increased cravings
  • Weight that’s harder to shift

This isn’t about willpower — it’s about your physiology changing.

So what actually makes the difference?

Instead of extreme diets or cutting out foods, the focus needs to shift to:

  • Supporting your gut health and digestion
  • Eating enough protein to support metabolism and satiety
  • Increasing fibre and plant diversity
  • Keeping blood sugars stable to reduce cravings and energy crashes

When these foundations are in place…

Energy improves
Cravings settle
Digestion feels better
And weight loss becomes more achievable

Everything starts to move in the right direction — without needing to do anything extreme.

This is the difference between short-term fixes and sustainable results.

I was able to lose a couple of stubborn kilos and feel  energised…I have tried so many diets…I can’t believe the difference!

Joanna

Women's Wellbeing Reset FAQs

The Women’s Wellbeing Reset is a personalised 12-week programme designed to help you feel like yourself again, building a way of eating that works for your life.

You’ll start with your Wellbeing WOF™ assessment and a personalised plan call. From there, you’ll move into weekly live group coaching and direct support as you put your plan into action. In the final weeks, we review your progress together and build a plan that lasts.

Yes — the program is designed to support sustainable weight loss.

By focusing on protein, fibre, balanced meals, and blood sugar stability, many women experience weight loss alongside improved energy, reduced cravings, and better digestion.

The focus isn’t on restriction — it’s on giving your body what it needs so results feel more natural and sustainable.

The program is designed to be flexible.

Meals can be adapted to suit gluten-free, dairy-free, and other dietary needs, with guidance provided to help you make adjustments that still support your results.

Yes — the program is designed for real life.

With a “cook once, eat twice” approach, simple recipes, and meal planning tools, you’ll spend less time thinking about food and more time feeling organised and in control.

The menus are designed to provide at least 25 grams of fibre per day (the recommended intake which most women are not achieving), over 30 different plants a week for a healthy, happy gut and 100 – 120 g protein per day to keep you fueled, satisfied and maintain (or build) your muscle mass.

Don’t stress about carbs and sugar; we keep them on the lower side (50 – 90 g carbohydrate per day) to avoid glucose spikes and cravings. There’s still room for some of your favourite foods and adding extra carbs for active women/partners and growing children.

With regards to calories we don’t want you counting calories instead we want you to learn what your body needs for a nutritionally balanced meal to support your metabolic health, gut heath, satisfy you and to be enjoyed. HOWEVER, we know that some women find it hard to move away from thinking about calories so FYI the menus provide 1400-1500 kcal per day including 3 meals and 1 snack. See how this feels for you. If you are very active or not wanting to lose weight you may need to add an extra snack or adjust your meals slightly (this will be explained in the app in the ‘Getting Started’ section for the 3 week reset & the ‘Adapting the meal plan & recipes’ resource.

No — meals are designed to be family-friendly and adaptable.

There’s also guidance on how to modify meals for partners, kids, or different needs.

Everything is accessed through the Women’s Wellbeing App.

You’ll have access to your meal plans, recipes, meal planner, and resources all in one place — making it easy to follow and stay consistent.

No — the app is included as part of the program.

Once you join, you’ll receive login details and can access everything straight away.

At the end of your 12 weeks, we’ll talk about what’s next for you. If you feel you’d benefit from continued support, I offer ongoing options to help you keep building on your progress. We’ll find the right next step for you based on where you’re at.
